Visit Walthamstow Wetlands

Walthamstow Wetlands guided walk 2015

Walthamstow Wetlands are currently under development and won’t be fully open until September 2017. It may be that areas of the reservoirs are occasionally closed due to these development works.

For more information on visiting the site, fishing and bird watching permits please see the Thames Water website. A day ticket to visit Walthamstow Wetlands is available for £1.00 from the Thames Water office.

If you are a member of a local community group and would like to arrange a guided tour please email Rachel Smith, Walthamstow Wetlands Community Engagement Officer walthamstow@wildlondon.org.uk

If you would like to find out more about the Wetlands project, and enjoy special access to the site as it is been developed, then book on one of our Wetland Encounter guided walks listed on the events page of this website.

If you are able to offer your time to volunteer with the Community Engagement Programme we would love to hear from you walthamstow@wildlondon.org.uk

Dogs and children are currently not permitted on site.
